• Personal Information: Name, email address, profile picture (if provided via third-party login).
• Usage Data: Application progress, quiz scores, XP points, and in-app interactions.
• User Content: Uploaded CVs, generated essays, and AI chat logs used exclusively to improve the user's personal preparation process.

3. Use of AI Models

Prep+ integrates large language models (LLMs) to provide automated feedback on essays and CVs. User inputs submitted to the AI Coach are processed securely and are never used to publicly train generalized models without explicit consent. Data is transiently processed via secured APIs.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS) and securely stored in our cloud infrastructure powered by Supabase. We implement strict Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is accessible only by your authenticated account.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or unauthorizedly share your personal information. Data may be shared only with essential service providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.

6. User Rights & Data Retention

You own your data. You may request to review, update, or completely delete your account and associated data at any time. We retain data only as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
